What's your management fee?
Our fee structure is competitive with the Hilton Head market and varies based on property type and service level. What sets us apart isn't just the percentage โ€” it's that we don't mark up maintenance, cleaning, or vendor work. What we charge is what you pay. We'll walk you through exact numbers on your discovery call so you can compare apples to apples with your current management.
How much can my property earn?
It depends on community, bedroom count, amenities, and seasonality. Sea Pines oceanfront homes with private pools earn very differently from Coligny condos. Can I still use my home for personal stays?
Yes. Owner usage is fully supported. You'll have access to our owner portal where you can block off your own dates instantly, and our team handles cleaning and turnover before and after your stays. What if I'm currently locked into another management contract?
We've helped many owners transition. Most management contracts in Hilton Head have 30-90 day notice periods. We'll review your current agreement together and plan your switch around the timing that minimizes disruption โ€” and ideally maximizes your peak-season earnings under us.
Who handles guest issues at 2 AM?
